Historique :
Construit au XIe siècle par les moines de Saint-Evroult (Normandie), à la demande de Pierre Ier, seigneur de Maule, il jouxte l'église Saint-Nicolas. Aujourd'hui subsite une salle souterraine du XIIIe siècle, rare salle dîmière présentant une belle architecture avec pilier central et un départ d'escalier vers une salle comblée.
