Description :	Groupe sculpté composé de divers bois recouverts d'une seule couche polychrome (traces) : orme (Jésus), épicéa (saint Jean-Baptiste) et orme ou merisier (rochers). Chairs au naturel.

Historique :	Groupe offert pour la nouvelle église, inaugurée en 1892 sous le vocable du Baptiste, comme l'indique la plaque sur la colonne qui lui sert de support. Il fut probablement acheté chez un antiquaire. L'oeuvre figure dans liste de 1906 comme non revendiquée.
