Historique :	À l’occasion de travaux de rénovation, des fouilles dans l’église ont été entreprises. À la fin du mois de mai 2018, les archéologues découvrent un groupe sculpté (PM78002295) et cette statue.

Précision_sur la representation :	Le personnage porte une dalmatique, un manipule, une chape et tient une crosse dans sa main gauche. Il pourrait s’agir d’une représentation de saint Étienne, diacre en son temps et saint patron de l’église.
